THOMAS SIM, Managing Member/Attorney
Thomas H. Sim, an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, is one of the founders of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Attorney Thomas Sim was born in Seoul, South Korea. He is fluent in Korean and English. He received a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, and J.D. from the Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). Thomas Sim has successfully represented numerous employers, business owners, and individuals in the areas of entity formations, corporate governance, business transactions, buying or selling businesses, contracts, business closings, real estate title closings, immigration, tax, employment, personal injury and estate planning.
Thomas Sim started his professional career as an accountant working several years for international accounting firms such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young LLP, and later owned and managed his own accounting firm over 15 years providing accounting, consulting, and tax services to regional and international corporations and partnerships as well as individuals.

Thomas Sim is a proud member of multiple professional organizations, including Texas Bar College, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Bar Association (ABA).
CHAND PARVATHANENI
Managing Member/Attorney
Chand Parvathaneni is an original founder of The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Attorney Chand Parvathaneni graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (Honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT- Kharagpur), an elite institution of higher learning in India. Chand graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Texas at Dallas where he received his Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science. He worked in a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu Consulting, ACS-Xerox, Verizon, and Microsoft, in various roles related to Software Development. Chand Parvathaneni also worked in private equity industry in various management related roles at global multi-billion dollar investment firm, TPG Capital. Chand Parvathaneni advises software start-ups and technology outsourcing companies with immigration and business related issues and primarily focusses on EMPLOYMENT BASED (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 & EB-5) immigration petitions.

Chand's unique background where he has extensive educational background with Computer Science advanced degrees along with extensive experience IT industry by working in various senior and managerial level roles in various large corporations has give him an unique ability to properly draft specialty occupation based filings. This unique combination of legal and technology experience has made him a popular attorney. Chand routinely spends time on social media to educate immigrants on compliance needs and regulatory changes. Chand has obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
TIMOTHY BROWN, Managing Member/Attorney
Timothy E. Brown is an attorney an original founder of the Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. Tim was born in Sherman, Texas and served in the criminal justice field for over 20 years as a police officer, corporal over the traffic division, and police detective, and federal task force officer.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Missouri followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree achieving a 4.0 grade point average. He pursued and achieved a Juris Doctorate, while working full-time, from Texas A&M School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. During law school, Tim was a member of Law Review.
Tim is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District and Eastern District of Texas. Tim is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim has firm family values and is driven by his faith when approaching lifes' obstacles. He is a proud husband and father.
Saraswati Iyer, Attorney
Saraswati Iyer is an Attorney at The Law Firm of Sim, Parvathaneni & Brown, PLLC. She currently handles employment based immigration cases in our law firm.
She received her Masters in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA . She is a licensed attorney and is is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. She currently focuses on the employment based immigration practice at our law firm. With her enormous experience in compliance she assists clients with ensuring immigration compliance.
Vaisakhi Muddana , Attorney
Sri Vaisakhi Muddana’s practice focuses on various Compliance related issues relevant for Employment Based Immigration. She graduated with Master of Law (LL.M) from University of Texas School of Law at Austin, USA and is a licensed attorney in Texas. In her current role she assists our corporate clients and attorneys with various Compliance needs and assists in employment based immigration filings.

She brings her unique perspective of being a non-immigrant herself and experiences she gained while practicing in different countries, while dealing with clients and handling cases with expertise. She is a multilingual and is fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi. She currently actively involves in all immigration cases to ensure compliance of all immigration laws by all parties involved.
