JOB DUTIES:                         Analyze and manage legal processes related to the compliance of federal immigration laws, specifically pertaining to the USCIS H-1B visa program and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations. Coordinate and document internal regulatory compliance procedures, including conducting internal audits, tracking H-1B filings, and maintaining accurate records for timely submission to USCIS and other relevant agencies. Compile and prepare necessary materials, such as Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), Form I-129, and other required documentation for submission to USCIS and the DOL, ensuring all submissions meet federal immigration and labor requirements. Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing guidance on H-1B compliance, including visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and regulatory obligations under DOL and USCIS standards. Monitor and review client utilization of legal process outsourcing services to ensure compliance with all H-1B-related regulations, including maintaining public access files and verifying adherence to wage requirements and other federal guidelines. Support compliance efforts by continuously tracking changes in immigration laws and regulations and advising clients accordingly to ensure adherence to the latest legal standards. Perform these tasks under the supervision of senior compliance managers or attorneys, ensuring all employment immigration related processes are fully compliant with federal immigration and labor laws. Work under supervision.

 

EDUCATION                         Bachelor’s  degree in Law, Business or closely related field with Twenty Four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as a Legal Analyst, Compliance Analyst, legal professional or closely related field. In lieu of a bachelors degree and Twenty Four months of experience, employer also accepts Master’s degree in Law, Business or closely related field.
